RGP Appoints Prabhakar Teegavarapu as Senior Director, SAP

RGP (Nasdaq: RGP), the global consulting and project-execution firm for business transformation, has appointed Prabhakar Teegavarapu as Senior Director, SAP Strategic Solutions & Innovation. In this role, he will lead the firm’s SAP strategic solutions agenda, connecting enterprise transformation priorities to practical, AI-enabled delivery models that help clients move from ERP ambition to credible, executable change.

Prabhakar brings deep experience across the SAP landscape, including ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, BTP/BAIP and AMS, with a track record that spans transformation strategy, product development, program assurance, client advisory, solution development and go-to-market leadership. A seller-doer and player-coach by reputation, he has worked across business stakeholders, delivery teams, sales, talent and partner ecosystems to clarify value, assess capabilities, shape offerings and strengthen execution.

His experience is anchored in finance and supply-chain depth, covering record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, inventory, logistics and close-to-reporting disciplines, and in global delivery leadership, where he has led end-to-end SAP and AI programs from strategy through deployment, stabilization and managed services across Manufacturing, Finance, Oil & Gas, High Tech, Retail and Wholesale, Telecom and Distribution.

Most recently he served as Senior Director and Global SAP Leader, with responsibility spanning go-to-market, delivery, sales and practice building. His commercial leadership has focused on building offerings, developing pipeline and client relationships, and aligning talent and delivery capacity to market opportunity, while his innovation work explores practical AI-enabled ERP opportunities and new delivery models that improve process insight and value realization.

Prabhakar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras and a Master of Business Fundamentals from the University of Waterloo, and is certified in SAP Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF Enterprise Architecture.
